Victoria

Founder of Reformer Pilates Algarve

Victoria is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and build lasting strength and confidence through Reformer Pilates. With over 12 years of teaching experience and four comprehensive Pilates certifications, including the Studio Comprehensive Certificate from Polestar Pilates she brings depth, clarity, and care to every session she leads.

Her journey with Reformer Pilates began while living and teaching yoga in Sydney, where she first experienced the transformation that comes from consistent Reformer practice. What started as curiosity quickly turned into passion and eventually a complete shift in how she moved, taught, and lived. Inspired by her own transformation, Victoria completed her first teacher training in 2013, followed by additional qualifications in Mat Pilates and a full Diploma of Studio Pilates.

Her teaching is grounded, empowering, and tailored whether you're stepping onto the Reformer for the first time or returning to your practice after time away. Victoria believes in meeting people where they are, and helping them build strength from the inside out — in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and deeply personal.

Expect to be challenged, supported, and seen in her classes. This isn’t just about exercise it’s about moving better, feeling better, and building a relationship with your body that lifts you up in everyday life.

Finna - Pilates Instructor

Finna is an Irish Pilates instructor with a passion for nature and fitness. After discovering her love for Pilates, she pursued training in both classical mat and Reformer Pilates, turning her passion into a career in 2018. Finna’s goal is to help you feel better in your body through fun, focused classes that highlight the benefits of controlled movement and breath work.

Adi - Pilates Instructor

Adi fell in love with Pilates for its discipline and mind-body connection. After years of practice, she became a certified instructor through the Weingate Institute in Tel Aviv in 2019. Adi enjoys working with clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals through Pilates. She also holds a master’s degree from the Wharton School and works as an investor relations advisor for public companies.

FAQs

  • Water, grippy socks and yourself.

  • Comfortable clothes, think clothes that you´d wear to the gym.

  • We are located here, best place to park is Pingo Doce underground car park, it is approximately a 2 minute walk.

  • Yes we do, please bring your own towel.

  • Yes you can! We don´t have supervised childcare but there is an area for them to sit and play. There are some toys and colouring books.

  • Payments for sessions, passes, classes and workshops in any amount are non-refundable. Bookings can be changed or canceled through your account 24 hours before without a penalty. If cancelled after this you will loose your class credit.

  • When a class is full, you can book yourself onto the waitlist. You will automatically be placed into the class up to 1 hour before the start time of class and notified via text and email if and when a spot becomes available. Make sure you keep an eye on your phone if you have added yourself to a waitlisted class!

  • Start with attending at least 3 Beginner or Open classes.
